Meet Our Team

We're a group of curious and creative folks passionate about languages and making the world a better place.

Jenny Cho

Co-Founder, CEO

Jenny is the CEO of SAY. Prior to SAY, Jenny worked as an investment banker for Citi. She quit her fast-paced life for well…real life. Real life happens to include tasty chicken wings (buffalo sauce with ranch is her fav), an endless amount of cute things, and beating all the boys at arcade basketball. Having lived half of her life in the States and the other half in Korea, Jenny is poised to lead SAY to new heights. She graduated with a degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.

Quan Nguyen

Co-Founder, CMO

Quan is the Chief Marketing Officer of SAY and leads the online and offline marketing/content strategy of the company. Prior to SAY, Quan worked for Fulbright as a research scholar and numerous news outlets such as Bloomberg. He loves all forms of visual media, including photography and video production. As a Korean learner for 4 years, he can’t wait to share his love of Korean to other learners. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Yongmin Cho

Co-Founder, US Operations Director

Yongmin is the US Operations Director and initial founder of SAY. He was conducting his military service at a senior center in Seoul where the idea came to him. Prior to SAY, he worked in business development and consulting at BCG and Credit Suisse. In his free time, he loves playing basketball and improvising blues on his guitar. He can’t wait to grow SAY into the largest global community of seniors and youth. Currently, Yongmin is finishing his degree in Public Policy at Princeton University.

Jieun Yeon

Curriculum Developer

Mrs. Yeon is in charge of producing our curriculum that is used by all the SAY teachers and students. She has over 10 years of teaching Korean at Yonsei University and other korean language schools. Plus, you can catch her kicking butt at yoga. She loves working with all her students and is expecting a baby boy this year. What more can we say? She's literally the Mom of the SAY family!
