Can express him/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes.
Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about basic personal details. Can interact in a very simple way if the other person talks slowly and is prepared to help.
Can speak casually and comfortably on daily topics but needs practice discussing and sharing viewpoints on more advanced matters.
